Weekly Sales Trends

The Weekly Sales Trends report uses line graphs for the selected period to show how the restaurant’s AUV, AUV Index, and Food Cost percentages are trending with the market and with the country. A solid blue line represents the restaurant, a gray dotted line represents the market, and an orange dotted line represents the country.

• To display the actual AUV, AUV Index, or Food Cost percentage pertaining to the time frame chosen at the top of the page, hover over a specific area.

• Click Select store to view and select Open Stores to see a comparison of the averages for all your restaurants and how they are trending with the market and with the country. You can select a period of four weeks, or three, six, 12, or 24 months.
